MiK Consulting Services, LLC is a boutique project and construction management firm built on more than two decades of experience and a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes. Founded by Houman Nabavi, MiK Consulting provides expert leadership and strategic support across the full lifecycle of capital projects, tenant improvements (TIs), and ground-up developments, from early programming and planning through design, construction, close out, and move in.
We bring a high level of expertise and personal attention to every project, with a strong focus on complex environments such as life science labs, high-tech labs, healthcare facilities, and commercial spaces. Our approach covers the entire project journey, from developing strategic phasing plans and coordinating technical requirements to navigating multifaceted stakeholders and operational constraints, ensuring projects stay on track, on budget, and aligned with our clients' vision.
